Semolinas and flours: attiéké, white and yellow gari, fonio, yam flour (elubo), millet and sorghum flours, banku mixes. Vegetables and tubers: yam, okra, plantain. For cooking: palm oil, egusi seeds, smoked and dried fish, spices and stock cubes. And to drink: bissap (hibiscus) juices and syrups.
